So many fans of our original product, Black, loved the taste but found the black color didn't suit some of their cooks (like pork ribs). You asked, we listened! HCR has the same understated yet delicious flavor profile as our Black product, but with a vivid all-natural red hue - no artificial colorings here! Unlike many rubs designed for pork, Hardcore Red is not particularly sweet. This allows cooks to customize their own levels of sweetness using honey/brown sugar in wraps, and finishing sauces. Made in Texas using premium quality spices, HCR will fast become a staple in your BBQ and grilling arsenal. Hardcore Carnivore Red is MSG and Gluten Free with NO artifical colors. Second: since the product darkens the exterior of the meat prior to cooking, you won't be tempted to overcook it just to achieve an appealing outer color - it's already half way there before you even start cooking.Thirdly: the vivid black color creates an amazing contrast against interior of the meat, making it incredibly visually appealing. When you place an order, we place a hold for a slightly higher order total on your card. This pending hold is replaced by the correct charge upon successful packing and delivery. This ensures that suppliers can charge accurate weights for products (i.e. 1.09lb or 0.98lb steak vs. 1lb ordered). If you cancel the order or the payment hold is not captured, the authorization is cancelled and the funds are released back. It&#39;s very similar to the gas pump!

You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.
